The story of Madiba
Nelson Mandela spoke countless inspirational words over the years. While ‘Let your greatness blossom’ won’t necessarily stick out in your mind as his most memorable, self-penned phrases, it certainly did for our founders.
Mandela was known amongst those close to him by his tribal name, ‘Madiba’. His unwavering belief in standing up for other people’s living standards was the impetus behind the name of our family-run business – and while it is certainly remiss of us to put our organisation in the same sentence as Mandela, our motivation is the same.

Wellbeing
Hosting various events throughout the year, our wellbeing team also provides a vital, weekly food bank service for those struggling the most.
‘The Madiba way’ focuses on providing outstanding care to those we support, not just young people but our staff – our very own superheroes and the glue that hold everything together.
